Blackberry Muscadel

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• 600 ml Boland Cellar Muscadel
• 400 ml soda water/lemonade
• 1 cup blackberries, extra for garnish
• Mint leaves

Method:

• Divide the muscadel evenly between 4 glasses.
• Divide the blackberries between the glasses and muddle with the two mint leaves and wine.
• Add ice and top with soda water.
• Serve with fresh blackberries on top.
