Numerous Chenin Blanc Awards

Boland’s Chenin Blanc wines have over the years gained both local and intenational acclaim for its distinctive character and consistent quality. The cellar has accummalated many global accolades and medals at wine shows and competitions including the International Wine & Spirits Competition, the Michelangelo Wine and Spirits Awards, the Gilbert & Gaillard International Wine Challenge, the Mundus Vini Awards, the Concours Mondial du Sauvignon,

the Veritas Awards, the Platter’s Awards, the Amorim Cap Classique, the Ultra Value Wine Challenge, the Paarl and SA Young Wine Show, and others.

Notably in this regard is Boland’s 2017 Chenin Blanc Brut Cap Classique that recently received a Gold Medal at the 2021 Gilbert & Gaillard International Wine Challenge – preceded by Silver Medals at the  2020 International Wine & Spirits Competition and the Veritas Awards.

This 2017 vintage Chenin Blanc Méthode Cap Classique (MCC) was a maiden release and completes the Cellar’s specialised Chenin Blanc portfolio of six different wines.
